1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the products and services offered by Early Childhood Plus, LLC, through madeforprek.com you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Made For Pre-K memberships and products include, but are not limited to, digital downloads, workshops, printables, digital games, files, and libraries of resources designed for teachers and early childhood educators. Upon purchase, customers will have lifetime access to their downloads unless otherwise specified. However, Early Childhood Plus, LLC is not responsible for lost files. We recommend customers back up their purchases. If a customer loses access to a file due to platform changes, we will provide a new download link at our discretion.

3. License Restrictions

Each purchase of a membership is for a single-user license. All digital products purchased or accessed through Made For Pre-K are licensed for individual classroom use only. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using the materials for commercial purposes, such as selling or redistributing them on any platform, is strictly prohibited. If multiple teachers or institutions require access, additional licenses must be purchased.

4. Registration and Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available on madeforprek.com are the intellectual property of Early Childhood Plus, LLC, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitations of Liability

Early Childhood Plus, LLC, is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to the Terms

Early Childhood Plus, LLC, may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use.

9. Membership Cancellation

Early Childhood Plus, LLC reserves the right to cancel or terminate a user's membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of such termination, any fees paid for unused services may or may not be refunded at the sole discretion of Early Childhood Plus, LLC.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Monthly and annual memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Users may cancel their membership at any time via their account settings or by contacting support at hello@madeforprek.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Early Childhood Plus, LLC is not responsible for refunds due to failure to cancel on time.

10. Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pre-K Prep Club monthly or annual membership, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase. To qualify for the refund, you must email us at hello@madeforprek.com within the 7-day period. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to be reflected in your account. Only one refund per customer is permitted. All other products and services sold on madeforprek.com, including but not limited to digital downloads, printables, workshops, and courses, are non-refundable.

11. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for any content they submit, post, or share through the services. By submitting content, users grant Early Childhood Plus, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content for promotional or business purposes. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.

12. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

In the event of a chargeback or dispute initiated by the customer, Early Childhood Plus, LLC reserves the right to revoke access to all previously purchased digital products, memberships, and services until the dispute is resolved. If fraudulent activity is suspected, Early Childhood Plus, LLC may block the user from future purchases.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall first attempt to be resolved through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Illinois, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. By using our services, you waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuits.
